PREAMBLE - A conscious commitment, together
Expansion One is much more than a subscription: it's a community that we co-create together. Your financial commitment enables us to program all the year's workshops, events and coaching sessions in advance. We trust you, and we rely on your word.
That's why this subscription works on a win-win principle: the more of us there are, the more free services we unlock for everyone. When you sign up, you become part of this collective adventure.
These terms and conditions comply with UK legislation applicable to online contracts.
1. SUBSCRIPTION FORMULAS
Expansion One
Monthly price : 25/month for the first 300 members (Founding Members)
Price after the 300 founders : 30/month
Actual annual cost : 300/year (founders) or 360€/year (standard members)
Payment: Monthly by direct debit (12 instalments)
Commitment: 12 months firm
2. NATURE OF THE COMMITMENT
2.1 Annual commitment
Your subscription is a commitment to 12 consecutive months.
The monthly fee represents an instalment plan, but the actual cost of your membership is annual (25 × 12 then from 300 subscribers the rate will be 30€ x 12 for new subscribers).
Why this commitment?
Because we program the entire year (workshops, events, coaching) based on your monthly payments. That's how we can guarantee you quality service and gradually unlock free benefits for the whole community.
2.2 Legal compliance (UK - Right of withdrawal)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription.
To exercise this right, send a clear request by email to [email protected] before the 14-day period expires. You will receive a full refund if no services have been used.
Please note: After this deadline, the annual commitment becomes effective and irrevocable for the full 12 months.
3. FOUNDING MEMBER« STATUS AND SENIORITY
3.1 Founder members (first 300)
The first 300 members benefit from the 25/month for life, as long as they keep their subscription active without interruption.
3.2 Loss of Founder status
You lose your Founder Member status permanently if you :
Suspend your subscription
Terminated before end of 12 months (excluding withdrawal)
Experienced an unpaid interruption in payment
3.3 Re-registration after departure
In case of re-registration :
Standard rate applicable
Seniority reset to zero
If you strategically left Expansion One to take advantage of a workshop and then re-subscribed, you will have to pay for the missing year. + the following year in advance, for the sake of our collective integrity.
4. WIN-WIN SYSTEM - PROGRESSIVE UNLOCKING
The more of us there are, the more services we unlock free of charge for everyone.
4.1 Global target: 300 active members
As soon as we reach 300 active paying members, we activate :
- Free online workshops for all
- Free masterclasses
Free group coaching
4.2 Level per physical center: 100 active members
In each Greatness Academy center (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Paris), as soon as the center reaches 100 active ONE members :
- Free face-to-face workshops at CE center
- Free local events
Example: If Guadeloupe has 100 active members and Martinique 80, Guadeloupe will have access to free face-to-face workshops, but Martinique will not.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 Accepted means of payment
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
SEPA direct debit
5.2 Direct debit
Payment is made automatically each month on the anniversary date of your registration.
5.3 Outstanding payments
If sampling is unsuccessful :
- 1st attempt failed Email automatic restart
- New attempt 7 days later
- Failure at D+15 Suspension of subscription + loss of seniority
Important information: If you encounter financial difficulties, contact us immediately. We can work together to find a solution (staggering, temporary pause, etc.) before your subscription is suspended.
5.4 Adjustment after suspension
To reactivate your account after suspension for non-payment :
- Paying off unpaid months
- Pay current month
- Pay one month in advance
- Seniority starts from scratch
6. TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION
6.1 Termination during the commitment period
The commitment is firm for 12 months, no early termination is possible after the 14-day cooling-off period, except :
- Legitimate and exceptional reason (to be submitted in writing)
- Force majeure (serious illness, death, etc.)
6.2 Termination on expiry
You can cancel your subscription at the end of your 12 months without notice. Cancellation must be made from your member area or by email before the renewal date.
6.3 No refunds
No partial or proportional refund will be made during the subscription period, unless the right of withdrawal is exercised within 14 days.
7. ACCESS AND SERVICES INCLUDED
Your subscription gives you access to :
- Expansion One online platform
- Exclusive content (videos, audios, PDFs, exercises)
- Online Masterclasses
- Group coaching (subject to availability and formula)
- Face-to-face workshops (once levels have been unlocked)
- Community events
Event discount
Expansion One members can benefit from a 20% discount on the events offered.
This discount is available only to members with a minimum of 3 consecutive months' membership, an active subscription and up-to-date payments.
In the event of interruption, suspension or non-payment, seniority is reset to zero.
8. PERSONAL AND NON-TRANSFERABLE ACCESS
Access to the Expansion One platform, events and content is free of charge. strictly personal.
It is strictly forbidden to :
- Share your account, login or password
- Transfer your place at an event to another person
- Allow a third party to access content via your account
- Create several accounts to bypass the rules
Any violation of this rule will result in immediate suspension of your subscription without refund.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
All content available on Expansion One (videos, audios, PDFs, exercises, methodologies, workshops, masterclasses, training materials) is the property of Expansion One. wholly owned by Community GA Worldwide Limited and are protected by copyright.
Authorized use :
- Personal consultation as part of your subscription
- Download for private use only (if authorized)
It is strictly forbidden to :
- Reproduce, copy, duplicate or distribute any content
- Sell, market or commercially exploit content
- Public distribution (social networks, blogs, forums, etc.)
- Modify, adapt or create derivative works
- Use content to train others (coaching, training, workshops)
- Remove copyright or attribution notices
Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may give rise to legal proceedings.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SESSION LOGGING
Everything shared in Expansion One spaces (workshops, group coaching, live sessions, communities, circles) is strictly confidential.
It is strictly forbidden for members to record sessions themselves or capture private content.
Recorded by Expansion One :
Zoom sessions, workshops and masterclasses are recorded by Expansion One to be made available to members for replay. By participating, you agree that your voice and image (if camera is activated) may appear in these recordings.
Expansion One reserves the right to use the following extracts from these sessions as teasers for internal communication (community groups, community networks) or information purposes non-commercial. These extracts will never be used for external sales or advertising purposes without your explicit consent.
It is strictly forbidden for members to :
- Register (audio or video) sessions, workshops, masterclasses or any other live content
- Capture screenshots of private content
- Share links to events, replays or content
- Disclose personal information shared by other members
- Broadcast publicly (social networks, YouTube, etc.) any internal content
Privacy :
You agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of other members. Any sharing of a member's personal information without their consent is strictly forbidden.
11. PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS
We believe deeply in collective responsibility and in the integrity of each member. The above rules are not there to punish, but to protecting the sacred space we create together.
However, if you violate the rules of intellectual property, confidentiality, or unauthorized use of content, we will be forced to act to protect the community.
Measures applied :
- 1st warning : Direct exchange with you to understand and correct the situation
- 2nd violation: Temporary suspension of your access (7 to 30 days depending on severity)
- Serious or repeated violations : Definitive cancellation of your subscription without refund
Serious violations include :
- Resale or commercial use of our content
- Mass public distribution of protected material
- Violation of other members' privacy
- Intentional and repeated sharing of protected content
Legal proceedings :
In the event of serious copyright infringement, we reserve the right to take legal action. legal proceedings to protect our intellectual property.
Important information: These sanctions also apply if you facilitate, encourage or allow others to violate these rules. If you're in any doubt about what's allowed and what isn't, contact us before you act - we're here to support you.
12. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the UK GDPR, we collect and process your personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your subscription.

- Access, rectification, deletion of your data
- Opposition to processing
- Portability of your data

Conservation : Your data is kept for the duration of your subscription + 3 years (accounting and legal obligations).
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Expansion One is committed to providing a quality service but cannot guarantee :
- 24/7 availability without interruption
- The absence of technical errors
- Specific results linked to your personal development
In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, global internet failure, pandemic, war, etc.), Expansion One cannot be held responsible for the temporary interruption of service.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to find an amicable solution.
If no agreement is reached, you can go to mediation or take your case to the UK courts.

15. CHANGES TO CONDITIONS
Expansion One reserves the right to modify these conditions of sale. In the event of substantial modification, you will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
