A journey in three phases

Phase 1 - Experiential Workshop (2.5 days) : A total workshop focusing on emotional intelligence, self-confidence and emotional management in a safe environment.

Phase 2 - Sustainability and Habits : Coaching by “captains” (young mentors) and weekly challenges applied to real life (school, home, friends) to transform motivation into lasting change.

Phase 3 - Family integration : The process concludes with a high-impact digital parent-child meeting to establish a new communication dynamic based on maturity and mutual respect.
